• The ERP’s built-in procurement module was a desktop-based application with sluggish performance and cumbersome navigation.

Our Solution: A Fully Web-Based, Workflow-Controlled Procurement Module

We developed a custom procurement module accessible through a browser interface that automates several manual steps while improving accuracy and control. This new tool mirrors the ERP’s purchasing structure but enhances it through workflow integration and data verification.
